GSM-500 Auto-Ranging Survey Meter with HP-265 Pancake Probe

This microprocessor-controlled instrument represents the new gold standard of survey instruments.  The GSM-500 is a digital instrument with an analog display that automatically chooses the correct range with no user intervention required.  Comes standard with timed-count capability, alarm setpoints and probe-saturation and other error indicators.  The most popular probe for general survey, radiation safety, contamination checks and emergency response.  Uses a pancake style (wide window, better sensitivity) halogen quenched Geiger-Mueller detector.  Thin mica window allows detection of alpha, beta and gamma radiation.  Available with standard 30 bend or optional 10 bend.
